On Sept. 9, 2026, the Washington City Council voted 4–0 to approve conditional use permit C-26-08. The permit covers a convenience store, gas station and car wash at this corner. Approval of a use permit isn’t a building permit or a construction date. Site plans and permits still come next, and details can change. No opening date has been announced.
